His objective is to inspire, help and give back through his community in the game of basketball. He has trained many players of all ages throughout the Inland Empire and Southern California.

In Tyler‘s playing days he played basketball at Arroyo Valley HS in San Bernardino Ca and then transferred to Colony high school in Ontario where he was a key component in the schools first ever CIF championship… After high school Tyler went on to play at Barstow college and in his freshman year he led the state in assists and steals.

After college Tyler came back home where he became a basketball trainer and wanted to help the players in his community and help them become not only better basketball players but better young adults and students. While training he also spent time as an assistant varsity basketball coach at Citrus Valley high school in Redlands where he helped the team to the playoffs after a four year drought.

Later Tyler began coaching at Cajon HS where in his first year he coached his team to a 13-3 overall record and also a 7-2 league record and in his first season captured a Citrus Belt League championship and help the Cowboys reach the quarterfinals of the CIF Southern Section playoffs

Tyler has worked with notable athletes, his most notable being Haylee Saurette of Cajon high school in San Bernardino, Ca. Haylee is now on a full ride scholarship at Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, CA. During her high school senior year Haylee averaged 25 PPG and 9rebs before signing a full ride scholarship later that year. He also has trained Lelani Battle of Citrus Valley in 2019-20 who averaged 18pts, 11 rebs per game and was an all league selection and full ride scholarship to Cal State San Bernardino, Leanne Cuerves in 2018-19 and was a 2nd team all league selection and scholarship offer to Cal State San Bernardino and currently training CIF champion of Diamond Ranch G/F Nevaeh Sultan who is now playing at the University of La Verne.

Tyler’s love and passion for the game of basketball not only stems from his father who taught him the game at the age of 6, but also the coaches that helped him along the way like HS coaches Ernie Burries of Cajon high school, Jerry Dafabiias of Colony high school, AAU coach Jimmy Weathersbee and college coach Gerry Wright. He takes pride in teaching the younger generation how to play the game the right way, work on their flaws and weaknesses and turning them into strengths and challenging them in every asset in basketball and life. He also pushes education and understands that basketball is a privilege not something that is given to you… He wants to get back to his community by running camps and getting as many student athletes into college as he can!

Poullard will not only challenge you physically, but also mentally… Playing high school and college basketball Tyler also plans to challenge your mind inside and outside of basketball, also creating friendships and mentoring the younger generation to the best of his abilities. Tyler will travel anywhere, just contact us to bring him to a basketball gym near you
